You need to control workers, first move furniture into messy houses, and then sell them for money. Use the money you earn to build a brand new house!

Tap to choose a worker from your team. Move the worker to lift furniture in the messy house. Set the furniture in the marked area to clean the space. Continue this process until the house is fully cleared. Once the house is cleared, click the sell button to receive money. Use the money to buy materials and construct a new house. Choose a layout for the new house and see as it gets built. Upgrade your workers' abilities to hasten the renovation process. Complete more houses to unlock new levels and expand your renovation empire.
